By refusing to hear McKesson, the Roberts Court once again refuses to reign in the rogue 5th circuit and in doing so embraces its tolerance for fascism. I don’t use that word lightly. The suppression of protest through targeting their leaders for reprisal is straight out of the dictator’s playbook.
